Gymnastics and make your own fruit salad!

This structured drop-off session combines gymnastics with a hands-on fruit preparation workshop. Children will take part in coached gymnastics activities before learning basic food preparation skills, including safe chopping techniques and healthy eating discussions, while creating their own fruit salad. A hot meal will be provided in addition to the workshop activity, with dietary requirements accommodated where possible. Parents do not stay during the session. On-site parking is available, public transport links are nearby, and limited disabled access can be discussed in advance. Children should wear comfortable sports clothing and bring a water bottle.
